• To distribute earnings to musicians and hotel partners via Stripe Connect.
• To send transactional notifications (e.g. onboarding emails).
• To improve our platform and user experience.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Stripe — for payment processing and musician payouts.
• Hotel partners — limited to earnings and performance data relevant to their venue.
• Service providers — who assist in operating our platform, under confidentiality agreements.

We retain transaction and request records for financial and operational purposes. Anonymous guest session data is retained for a limited period. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure third-party payment processing. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
